Account balances must be settled by the due date shown on the statement of account posted to you at the end of each month.
Accounts NOT settled by the due date, for whatever reason, will be frozen until settlement is recived.
Interest may be charged at 2% per month, above the Bank of England base rate, on account balances not settled within the terms of payment set out above, at the discretion of Leyland SDM.
In the event of legal/recovery action, all costs will be added to the balance owned. The a/c holder is liable for all outstanding balances, interest and recovery costs.
Periodical reviews will be carried out on account activity. Accounts that are dormant for more than 6 months may be discontinued. Accounts wil then only be reopened on reapplication.
Failure to comply with our terms and conditions will result in a withdrawal of credit facilities, and any outstanding sums will become payable immediately.
Leyland SDM reserve the right to amend credit facility terms and contidions or to withdraw facilities at any time.
Customers should note that all delivered/collected/invoiced goods remain the property of Leyland SDM untill payment in full has been made.
